Refund policy

Items in this store are printed on customer demand where we only have the item created after it has been ordered treating it as a personalised order so if for any reason other than defective, damaged or incorrect goods, we won't be able to offer a return or exchange.


If you qualify for a return/exchange, you have 14 days after receiving the item to make your request.


Your item must be in the same condition that you received it (pictures may be requested).

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received or inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
